பிரதோஷம்

Pradosham is a highly sacred period dedicated to Lord Shiva and Nandi, occurring during the twilight hours on the Trayodashi Tithi. Devotees visit Shiva temples, perform abhishekam with milk, water, honey, and vibhuti, offer Bilva leaves, and circumambulate Nandi while chanting “Om Namah Shivaya.” According to Hindu tradition, worship during Pradosham helps remove accumulated sins and negative karma, grants peace of mind, improves health, strengthens relationships, and bestows prosperity, happiness, and spiritual upliftment.
